Chili – HCG Diet Recipes

Ingredients:
100 grams of lean ground beef (7% fat or less)
1 cup of diced tomatoes
½ cup of water
2 tablespoons of onions, minced
2 cloves of garlic, minced and crushed
A dash of garlic powder
A dash of onion powder
¼ teaspoon of chili powder
A dash of oregano
Cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
Salt and pepper (as desired)
Directions:
1) In frying pan, brown the ground beef.
2) Add garlic and onions.
3) Add water and diced tomatoes.
4) Add spices
5) Let simmer until liquid is reduced.
6) The longer you allow to simmer, the more flavorful it will be. (Add water as needed to keep from burning)
7) Salt and pepper as desired
