Citrusy Chicken with Basil – HCG Diet Recipes
As the spring and summer approach, now is a great time to get excited about it with this great HCG diet recipe! The citrusy flavor for the chicken is going to get you very excited for the warm days of summer. And, what better way to prepare for the summer than making sure you look as good as possible in that bathing suit with the HCG diet. Order now so that you will be ready when bathing suit season comes around again!
Ingredients:
100 grams of diced chicken
1 cup of diced tomatoes
1 orange cut into small pieces
1/2 a lemon
Basil to taste (fresh or dried)
Directions:
1) Combine herbs and any other spices into the skillet.
2) Place chicken in skillet with spices and herbs.
3) Pour lemon juice over the chicken. Add a small amount of water if you desire increased moisture.
4) Cook the chicken for approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
5) Add the basil, orange pieces, and diced tomatoes.
6) Cook on low heat so that the chicken is marinated by the liquids.
7) Cook both sides of the chicken evenly
Once the chicken is completely cooked, place the chicken on a lettuce leaf and pour the sauce on top.
