Ingredients:
100 grams of cooked and diced chicken
1 diced apple
3 diced celery stalks
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of cardamom
Pinch of salt
Stevia as desired
1 lemon wedge
Directions:
1) Combine ingredients together.
2) Add cinnamon and stevia to taste.
3) Place in fridge for 20 minutes.
