Tomato Basil Chicken – HCG Diet Recipes

Ingredients:
100 grams of diced chicken
1 cup of diced tomatoes
¼ cup of chicken broth or water
2 tbls of lemon juice
2 tbls of diced onions
1-2 cloves of sliced garlic
3 rolled and sliced basil leaves
1/8 tsp of fresh or dried oregano
¼ tsp of garlic powder
¼ tsp of onion powder
Salt and pepper as desired
Cayenne pepper as desired
Directions:
1) In a saucepan, brown the chicken along with the lemon juice.
2) Slowly add water, onion, garlic, and spices.
3) After you have thoroughly cooked the chicken, add basil leaves and diced tomatoes.
4) Cook for an additional 5-10 mins.
5) Add salt and pepper as desired. Garnish with basil for an added accent.





Really good. a little to tangy for me so next time I won’t add so much lemon juice
